I didn’t even get to the property. A Few hours before check in I contacted the property to know if I could check in earlier. They then let me know that my room that I booked is no longer available due to it being under renovation. Which i think is totally a lie. If i didn’t contact them I would have got to the place and would have been told sorry you don’t have a place to stay tonight. The man that spoke to me had no respect and not a care in the world where I would sleep tonight. This property is very unprofessional. I would never recommend them or even consider them when I come to Cape Town again.
