I don’t know because they were full when I arrived with my confirmed reservation

They didn’t seem very concerned, helpful or apologetic. They don’t even help me back down the several flights of stairs after I nicely asked twice. I don’t recommend this place.

I like the convenience, there's a pharmacy just opposite, not far from town... It's a good place

The older lady needs grooming,needs to be taught manners, she doesn't know how to speak to people. In hospitality, your guest is like a god. Show more respect... She shouted me for telling her to change the blood stained bedding. The place is also going for ruins if not quickly repaired. Walls needs thoughrouh cleaning. Get some cleaning and grooming training.
