"A perfect little cottage if the mattress was firmer and not worn out"

Nice quaint cottage in a great little village

The bed. It was small but that’s understandable. The mattress was uncomfortable and sagged badly in the middle.

"Country village getaway"

Situated in a lovely village, this cottage was idealic, loads of character. The owner Victoria couldn’t be more accommodating, going above and beyond. Sweet little garden, great for our dog.

Absolutely amazing stay at the terrace. The property is beautiful - traditional features, with everything you need for a break away. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap etc all kindly provided. Very comfortable bed. Lovely welcome pack. Dog treats and lots of blankets for the dogs. The owner contacted me shortly after booking with some very handy tips about local places to eat and visit. The owner as a host is exceptional - as is the property. Highly recommend. Mickleton itself is beautiful with great amenities. Also excellent location to explore the Cotswolds. Highly recommend!

"Warm, cozy, relaxing, everything we needed and wanted for our very first weekend away as new pawparents!"

It has everything you need for a trip away, well appointed, comfortable, cozy and more importantly extremely homely! Perfect for a couple to spend some relaxing time away. Victoria goes above and beyond to help and assist and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. To give you an idea, we were coming with our 12 week old puppy who the day before had been poorly, when we arrived, there was a get well card for him, a tub of treats, a bowl for his food and water and 3 blankets for him. We were blown away! Highly recommend staying here, you will be looked after and all your needs catered for! Thank you Victoria, your hospitality was incredible!

"Short stay to explore Cotswolds"

Affordably priced location for short drive into Cotswolds towns/villages. Quaint cottage, tastefully furnished and provisioned for short holiday stay. Good sitting out area and great breakfast/kitchen. Good-sized rooms throughout.

Possible noise/traffic on the road immediately to the front Tricky staircase, esp if infirm/older person - no mention when booking, so could be a surprise on arrival.
