Black Ship Sapa

La vue sur les rizières, le calme de la campagne. Le personnel et le gérant qui a trouvé une solution pour nous avoir un scooter pour pouvoir visiter les alentours. L' échange avec les familles du village et plus particulièrement les enfants avec qui nous avons longuement joué.

D'être un peu loin des autres lieux à visiter tel que Tan Van. Mais c'est le prix à payer pour trouver un endroit où le temps s'est arrêté et pouvoir se ressourcer.

De locatie is fenomenaal! Wakker worden met dit uitzicht is onbetaalbaar! De eigenaar doet onwijs zijn best! Kaart is beperkt maar eten super lekker!

Ok, wij zijn echt luxe gewend en dit was wel even slikken (vooral voor de kinderen) schoonmaak moet echt beter. Als je 5 sterren verwacht dan is het echt even slikken. Je bent altijd afhankelijk van een taxi. Dat loopt aardig op.

The place is very beautiful. It is in the middle of the countryside and in between the Black H’ mong and Red Dao villages. The pool , the food and the staff is great. They can also arrange a hike with a local guide, starting from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to end the tour with a herbal bath in the village nearby.

It can be a bit challenging to get there especially at night. The taxi drivers were sometimes a bit hesitant with the small road. But the hotel has drivers that know the place although a bit more expensive than a Grab taxi. But if you like the peace of the countryside it is definitely worth it.

Stayed at the family room for three nights in July. Room was clean and spacious. The staff is wonderful and helpful. Black Ship Sapa is located away from the busy center of Sa Pa and the views are amazing as the photos will show you.

The road to get there is a little difficult.... It doesn't bother me so much, but for less experienced or not confident bike drivers it was a little stressful.

Beautiful location, especially if you ride a motorbike there. Very nice bungalows with balconies overlooking some stunning views. All the food we had there was excellent.

For the price, the room could have been a bit tidier.

Very nice and calm place, very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with beautiful view. Aside from busy city, few more rastaurant in walkable distance down in the village.

The place is beautiful and calm, however if you plan to explore Sapa region, you need to count that you need to use taxi to get to town to rent motorbike first. However it´s managable, it´s not far and the taxis are not super expensive there. And also you can explore aslo the countryside directly around the hotel if you want to make treks. The rooms in the main building (the one with restaurant) has quite thin walls - you can hear every word from the neighbours, so the privacy is little bit limited. Also variety for breakfast could be higher - e.g. to add some plate with fruit, add some more bread etc.

Such a beautiful place with a scenic view. The hotel staff is also very, very commendable. They helped us a lot throughout our stay! Plus, the food they prepare is delicious. Note that I also worked there for a day and their internet is really strong.

The location is really far from the city. It takes 40 minutes by car to get there. This isn't really a disadvantage but it should something that future travelers should note. Also, big cars cannot go up to the hotel but the staff helped a lot with respect to transporting our family from the city to their hotel.
