GBHouse was clean and comfortable
Hot tub was broke
GBLocation, two on drive parking spaces, spacious hall and lounge, massive comfy bed in one room.
Although the house was clean enough thought it was a bit worn in places. The garden could do with a bit of a tidy up and only four kitchen chairs when seven people were staying.
GBWe had a lovely time celebrating my sister’s 60th. Location was prefect, all beds were comfortable. We selected this place for hot tub which wouldn’t heat up. (Tried for 2hrs)
Hot tub was freezing, we had to organise it ourselves which was a disaster.

GBIt was clean Was very disappointed for my kids and friends and sisters kids, the reason we booked this place was for the hot tub, if we had of known that it wasn't filled or that we woukd have to light it, was so disappointed and would recommend this stay, the blinds in the kitchen didn't even work, just felt that people were able to look in on you
We are from Northern Ireland and stayed at this property for one night only. To begin with, the house is located in a council estate in Portstewart, which was not made clear to us beforehand. The main issue was the hot tub, which was the only reason we booked this property. It turned out to be a DIY hot tub, which was not advertised. When we arrived, we had to fill it ourselves with water and then light a fire to heat it. There were not enough firelighters or firewood provided to keep it going. By the time the water became even lukewarm, it was around 21:45. It was too cold for adults to use, and only the children were able to get in briefly. We then ran out of wood completely and could not continue heating it. The host was very unhelpful when we contacted them and told us they could not assist with the hot tub as he said ge lived far away. We were also informed that any further help would be at our own cost, which we found unacceptable. We only booked this property because of the hot tub, and had we known the true situation, we would not have chosen to stay here. We would not recommend this property, as there are much nicer places in Portstewart available for a similar price, many of which offer sea views.

GBLocation was central. Beds were comfortable.
Decoration was run down in parts. No attention to detail. Kitchen wall needed painted. Blinds in kitchen didn't work. Tiles on bathroom floor needed spruced up. Light fittings in upstairs landing were dusty and dirty. Hall floor downstairs was 'sprung' and was a trip hazard. Pulled the settee out in the living room to make sure we hadn't left anything behind to find gold wrappers from Christmas chocolate coins.... not good. Out the back looked a big grubby so we didn't use the hot tub. Disappointed. In a plus the beds were comfortable but when your paying to stay somewhere it really should be immaculate.
GBEverything was amazing
Hot tub wasn’t started so takes a few hours to fill and heat and we arrived quite late
