This is a clean and lovely place and we were able to easily walk to many of the area’s attractions.

Location was ideal in old town and reasonable walking distance from train station

Hosts Instructions - needed clarity on actual street address as there was 2 number 27’s in the street and 2 different lock boxes - the instructions should have identified to use the appropriate lock box and to make client aware of the street numbering system

L'appartamento è molto bello, corrisponde a quanto si vede in foto, ed è in posizione comodissima essendo in centro storico a due passi da tutti i principali posti da visitare.

L'appartamento sarebbe tranquillo, essendo in zona pedonale e non essendoci auto che passano. Purtroppo però è di fronte a un locale dove la gente si ferma all'esterno fino a tardi a chiacchierare a voce alta. Il disturbo c'è stato più che altro il venerdì sera, con in aggiunta degli ubriachi di passaggio che si sono messi a urlare e a battere sul portone dell'edificio alle due di notte. A parte questa pecca, l'appartamento resta comunque un'ottima scelta per visitare Genova.

The host was fantastically kind and helpful. Even found out the phone number of our taxi driver and helped to recover my daughter's lost phone.

We enjoyed our stay. There is a pub across that has a little noisy customers, however it got quiet after midnight and it didn't bother us.

La signora Chiara si è resa disponibile e rapida nel cercare di risolvere il nostro problema con il bagno non fosse stato così non credo avrei dato la sufficienza

Al nostro arrivo ore 16:30 la casa non era ancora pronta nonostante avremmo potuto fare il check in delle ore 15 e avevamo avvisato che saremmo arrivati intorno alle ore 16 , il bagno si e allagato più volte, la maniglia della camera da letto si staccava di continuo ed è quasi impossibile dormire nell week end per il forte rumore proveniente dai locali sosttostanti l appartamento, ringhiera dei balconi con molta cacca di piccioni,telecomando della Tv non funzionante

Sehr gute Anweisungen zum Zugang zur Wohnung, tolle Nachfrage der Betreiberin vor Ankunt was alles noch benötigt wird Marmelade Milch Fruchtsaft und Brioche wurde zur Verfügung gestellt Tolle Location, man kommt mit den ÖV überall hin

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber Die Küchenutensilien sehr spärlich , man kann mit dem wenigen verfügbaren, nicht richtig kochen Es gibt entgegen der Beschreibung keine Kaffeemaschine, dafür eine sehr alte und sehr gebrauchte Mokka Kanne, Matrazen im Zimmer o.Fenster waren uns zu weich und nicht sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel. Bei unserer Ankunft war überraschend die Toilette defekt. Spülen ging nur mit viel Mühe und dann gar nicht mehr. Chiara die Managerin hat sich dann ab dem 3. Tag wirklich um die Reperatur /Ersatz gekümmert , sonst wäre die Bewertung schlechter ausgefallen.
