All in all a great stay. The staff are all offsite but the communication is incredible—any questions are answered promptly. The check-in was seamless and informative. The location is about 15-20 minutes walk from the main areas of Antigua, which we walked at night plenty of times and felt completely safe. The property is within a gated community that has a 24hr security guard so feels incredibly safe. Messaged every day by the owner whether we would like our room cleaned or not which works well. Plenty of storage in the rooms too

The beds were not super comfortable, polyester sheets and the walls were extremely thin (lots of noise from the other guests/ neighbors).

it was very clean! and the room was basic, a place to come and sleep at the end of the day, the cleaning lady came everyday and we were offered room service each day. there was always drinking water available and complimentary coffee, clean cups and a microwave. the shared bathroom was clean and had hot water, body soap and shampoo. the accommodation is within a gated residence so you have private secure parking.

there are no chairs within the room nor any sitting areas in the property, there is only one bathroom to share with many rooms so it can get dirty very quickly and the toilet paper ran out after 2 days. The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything when there are other guests in, also the main road is just around the residence so honking cars and motorbikes can be heard at all times as well as street dogs barking 24/7, you definitely need ear plugs if you want to rest during the day or night. There is no way to cook anything except warm up stuff on a microwave, not suitable if you want to cook your own meals, suggest getting a gas stove and cooking utensils. If you don't have a car this place is about 30mins walk from the town central park, and if you walk as soon as you get on the street there is a never ending flow of cars and motorbikes that produce lots of smoke and air pollution. sorry just telling the truth.

The location is amazing and the room is in a residential area which it feels very safe. The room is big and provides a fan. It offers a parking spot, which was perfect for us. The host was very very helpful, answering immediately and helping all the time.

I don’t take it as a complain, it is very common in Antigua to have it, but I have to mention it, that if you are sensitive (nose and eyes) to the humidity/moho smell, like me, then I would recommend another place. ALTHOUGH, this room for me was fine, we opened the window and more or less was okey.

The room looks very nice. There is plenty of space, and the gated neighborhood is safe and attractive.

There was what appeared to be blood spattered on the walls in a few places. The bathroom was fine, but there is only one for several rooms.

Great value for the price. Good shower. Owner easily reachable via Whatsapp. 15min walk to the center.

I would have liked a nightstand in the room.
