Staff is very nice

No sound proofing I couldn’t sleep the entire stay. I found bugs in my bed.

Location was amazing (close to most of the bars/restaurants we wanted to try), room had great modern decor + a cute gift to celebrate F1 weekend! Security was friendly and allowed us to store luggage after checkout while we explored the city a bit before our flight.

The hot water / water pressure was a bit weak during our stay which was the only thing not so great. Gets chilly in the room at night + mornings so prep some warm pajamas!

Excellent location in between Roma and Condesa with a number of CDMX gems a stone throw away, the security guards are so kind and warm, and always available to help. Safety was always a priority for them

The first apartment I was given had an awful sewage smell so I had to move rooms - I appreciate how quickly this was sorted. No real air on facilities or any way to air out the apartment. I wish they also offered a cleaning service for free especially for those with slightly longer stays

The apartment is charming, new and very well equipped! Clean towels, soaps and a fully equipped kitchen. The team in the bulding help us with any problem, the owner was availble for any question. We like the location!

Sometimes it was noisy from the street when police or ambulances were driving by, but that had nothing to do with this specific apartment.

Location

Not enough toilet paper (we ran out) and there was no proper bath Mat. The bathroom was soaked every time we took a shower.
