La ubicación

Una de las noches nos quedamos afuera de nuestra habitación porque la chapa automática dejó de funcionar, por lo cuál tuvimos que esperar un cerrajero hasta el medio día del siguiente día A pesar de que nos dieron una habitación temporánea, perdí un día de trabajo, pues al trabajar en línea y mi laptop estando dentro del cuarto no pude hacer nada Quizás pudo haber sido más rápido el servicio y la administradora nos comentó que nos daría reembolso de dicha noche para compensar el percance pero se negaron muchas veces con Booking.

"Great place to stay"

I had a great stay in Mexico City! The place itself was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really stood out, though, was the security staff, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome and safe throughout my stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
