Large lounge and kitchen so room to spread out. Kitchen very well equipped with quality appliances (including washing machine) with quality crockery, glass ware and cutlery. Comfy bed.

Apartment was part of a "council flat" type complex/suburb quite a distance from the central Fort William shopping/restaurant area. TV was Sky connection and reception was variable and poor most of the time

There was a mouse in our food in the kitchen and the property management tried to act like this hadn’t been an issue before. I was told they don’t have mice in the area, luckily I had video evidence. No apology offered. There is no way these mouse droppings wouldn’t have been spotted by the cleaner before we moved in. We barely spent 24 hours there and found an abundance of mouse droppings and a mouse come morning. They were unable to find us elsewhere so we had to spend the night there. Whilst looking for mice in the bedroom etc I realised how filthy the place was. The sheer amount of mouse droppings inside cupboards, behind the dish washer and on the bench was vile. We cooked in that kitchen before we noticed which is very worrying. They refunded our stay but had us pay to stay at another property they managed, so not much compensation for the situation really. Whilst waiting for my refund they emailed requesting payment for the new stay and then tried to re charge my card for the original booking, without my permission. This was not what was agreed, we were meant to pay two nights at the same rate for the new property. Disgusting way to treat customers who had to stay in a mouse ridden dirty property.

The area has some ugly flats nearby.

The location was ideal not to far from the town centre and not to far from the Nevis range. Had everything we needed for our short stay.

It was like a home from home felt cosy and welcoming.

Little pricey compared to other properties.

The property was neat and tidy. Host was responsive. Everything as excepted. Even had a new small bottle of milk which we had completely forgotten. Overall very satisfied with the stay and the host!
