Glen Nevis View

The flat is well presented, clean and tidy. It has everything you need. We were very happy with it. The location in Fort William is excellent to visiting other parts of the Highlands. Lovely view out of the front windows.

On first glance, the location is a bit run down. But I will say the area I very quiet and no issues at all and the neighbours we met were friendly.

Mis-sold and mis-leading accommodations.

This property is mis-sold. It is situated on and estate not suitable for young children. The view from the windows was a children’s trampoline, a prison backyard and there is rubbish in the front garden. Arriving here at 2.00am with 2 young children due to delayed flight was very uncomfortable. Due to the delayed flights we stayed at this property to get some sleep arriving at 2.00qm and we left at 9.00am. So we spent 7 hours here and the company are still charging us half the costs. We spend most of our first day (this was a 3 day short trip to experience the Harry pottery train). So this caused complete inconvenience and frustration for my family. My husband had a stroke 4 weeks prior so we was looking forward to relaxing in the accommodation after our journey and train trip. But instead we had to drive 58 miles away to get accommodation we felt comfortable and safe in. The outside was like we was in a prison cell with the prison court yard. Comfortable, clean, cosy, good size for three people. Fabulous views of Glen Nevis. Walking distance from Fort William. Good having a washing machine after walking WHW.

Being on a social housing estate. The price should be reduced slightly due to this location.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It is approximately 1.5 km from the railway station however, the local taxi services are excellent and this really helps with the journey. The view of the Glen Nevis from this property is great. We enjoyed our stay. I had booked the property for 2 nights instead of 3 nights by mistake. However, when i called the property manager to extend my stay, it was all done in a couple of minutes.
