Nice rooms , good location and friendly staffs

Management should think about lift because we find difficult to go to our room in third floor with steps .

Rooms are good and spacious,but for breakfast, they need to include more options and there is no dinner available in the facility.

Property was great with very helpful staff.

The staffs were helpful.

There could have been lift to carry the luggage up as stairs were difficult to go up and down.

We stayed here for 2 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff members were helpful and the location is beautiful admist the mountains.

Internet service can be better and TV was not operational as per expectation.

Staff behaviour is very polite. Property is very clean. Next time when I will go Munnar this Holiday Home will be my first choise to stay.
