The location of the property and the breakfast was good...

We suffered at midnight bcz of the non availability of water...

Totally exceeded our expectations. The hotel gave us an upgraded room. Absolutely stunning and very comfortable and loved the view from the balcony. Luxurious feel to the hotel. Breakfast was amazing (rice, curry, fruit and bread). Staff was super friendly and attentive. Hotel is located on the main road with busses going to up and down to/from Munnar / Kochi every 15 min. Next town with restaurants and ATM is at a mere 10 minute walk. Nice place to spend some time in nature with a fresh breeze and no chaos.

The hotel's meticulous attention to cleanliness and safety added an extra layer of comfort during these times..Without a doubt, this hotel has set a new standard for luxury and left us yearning for a return visit. The staffs were so good .. especially the two boys and the owner she was excellent and friendly..

Stay was good. Rooms were clean. Staff were good.

No room for drivers. Restaurant is not there. But arranged by the management from near by restaurant.
