"Good location, beware not free airport transfer and ask to check room first"

Good location for airport only 20 mins away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When booked it said airport transfer included, but when arrived they said it was only from airport to hotel. We booked on last day of our visit to India and they refused to provide an airport transfer so we had to pay. Duvet cover hadn’t been changed and smelt from previous occupant.

I am very glad to stay in Sarovar Portico Naraina Hotel in Delhi and it's really very good experience . They take care of my overall stay . Rooms properly neat and clean location is also amazing and I definitely tell to my relatives and friends for choose this hotel to stay here .

"Overall ok. Just not as good as other sarovar portico hotels are"

Very close to Naraina metro station and ring road.

Room was worn out and was not in very good condition considering the amount you pay. Air conditioning doesn't work in the lobby and lift. Water pressure is too low in the shower 🚿 so the shower won't work properly. *Beware this is a non smoking 🚭 property which they don't mention on booking.com, and If you smoke they will charge you hefty fine 🧾 {NO PRIOR INFORMATION AND HOTEL DECIDES THE AMOUNT} at time of check out (not because smoking alarms detect it but one of their detective staff will search 🕵️ cig buds in the dustbins after you check out.)
