Wonderful stay

I would like to share my delightful impressions of my recent stay at your hotel. The experience I had at Sarovar Portico Naraina was beyond wonderful and I can't thank you enough for an unforgettable time and outstanding service. The wonderful and friendly staff greeted me with a smile and showed me to my room, which turned out to be a real oasis. However, what truly made my stay memorable was your exceptional staff. They were extremely attentive, professional and always ready to help. From the reception to the service staff, everyone was true professionals in their field. Once again, thank you for an amazing stay at Sarovar Portico . I hope to return to your hotel in the near future and enjoy your excellent service again.

Ambience and decorum of the hotel is really good , breakfast was tasty and healthy housekeeping staff were so helping and kind ... Location was good metro station just nearest to the hotel check- in & check-out was so smooth would like to mention front office staff they're really nice.

Breakfast was excellent, as was lunch and dinner. When travelling, the reception staff and staff in general are what makes or breaks the hospitality experience. We were thrilled with the staff, there was nothing too hard for them to arrange and they did it with graciousness. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends. The cooks and waiters must be happy people because the food was delicious, well presented and nourishing. Another high point for both of us was the comfort of the beds and pillows. We wanted to take them home with us! Thank you Sarovar Portico Naraina!

The hotel is obviously not new, but somehow this fact was incidental to the level of comfort and hospitality of those who serve it.

Clean room, courteous and helpful staff. Good food

There was a noisy sales promotion by a 5-star hotel/ timeshare company in the restaurant during dinner hours. Disturbed me very badly and I had to quickly finish my food and get out of the restaurant

Some repairs are needed in the common areas and should be prioritized

It was extremely amazing experience food was good the hospitality was something which is like the most. The way all the staff took care of us was out of the way other could do. Specially front desk staff was so impressive and always ready to take opportunity to delight their guest.
