Ottima posizione

Ho dovuto aspettare più di tre ore, rispetto all'orario comunicatomi, per poter prendere possesso della camera. Una votla entrato in camera, non c'era acqua. Il proprietario non mi hai risposto al telefono ed ai messaggi. Mi ha praticamente abbandonato al mio destino. Solo il customer care di Booking è stato di aiuto. Dopo diverse ore è tornata l'acqua. in serata. Un disservizio ed un disagio inauditi. Ma il fatto che il proprietario sia sparito nel nulla lo trovo gravissimo

Tout. L'appartement était original ( notamment les murs recouverts de papier peint en trompe l'oeil) et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié la reactivite de notre hote et sa gentillesse en nous autorisant à accéder à un appartement plus grand que celui prévu sans frais supplémentaires.
