Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο, άνετο και καθαρό.

Εμένα στον 4ο όροφο, τα κουφώματα, όπως και η πόρτα με τον αέρα έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορώ να κοιμηθώ το βράδυ. Επίσης το κλιματιστικό θέλει αντικατάσταση, δεν αποδίδει ιδιαίτερα, όπως και καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει και ένα επιπλέον σκέπασμα. (Κουβέρτα/πάπλωμα)
