i like the room it was clean and tidy all equipement are working

not enough kitchen utensils like wooden spoon, ladle, plates, bowl, drinking glass cutlerys, and important since the AC is not that strong recommended that put a electric fan,over all ill give a thumbs up 4 star, and make sure that the checkin time are followed.

Location is great, near EDSA, MRT and below the building a shopping mall with Savemore supermarket. Nearby shops, malls, and SM Mega Mall not too far. As with most SMDC condo deveopments consist of high rise buildings with outdoor pool. The units are pretty small, but are suitable for up to two adults and one to two small childen as it comes with one bedroom with queensize bed, split-type aircon with remote, and a desk with chair, and a living room area with sofabed. Living room also has a dining table and chairs, fiber internet WiFi router and smart TV,, kitchen with two-pit electric stove and exhaust, electric kettle, some pans, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses (the usual) and decent two-door fridge with freezer. The bathroom comes with rain shower that provides cold water, a regular shower head that provides cold, warm or hot water adjustable via electric heater, and not so common: a washing machine next to the toilet. Host was responsive up to providing check-in details and check-in and check-out experience were good, building staff were friendly, lifts (elevators) fast and hardly any waiting. Host provided tissues, two soaps, tooth brushes, toothpaste set, and two water bottles in fridge.

The listing mentioned towels to be included, as is standard with all booking listings, but none were provided. I didn't pack any as travelled light with handcarry only and expected the unit to have towels already or host to provide upon request, contacted host for this several times, but after providing check-in details host turned silent, and even after multiple attempts did not reply to my request for a towel. Disappointing and inconvenient as I had to spend time and money to go buy a towel. The shower has a rainshower but unfortunately it's not connected to the heater and only provides cold water. The unit looked clean at first, but had a lot of dust coming from under/behind bed and sofa, which I swept up on a daily basis for the duration of my stay. The bedroom has an aircon, but unless set to high and cold it doesn't cool the living room well, cooling the whole unit takes time. A stand-fan would help keep living room confortable without need to set aircon so cold. Nice-to-have tip for kitchen: provide salt and pepper shakers
