The room was nice, clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Location was convenient and overall experience was good. The only downside was the mattress, which was very firm and made my back sore. If this could be improved, I’d definitely stay here again.

1.The convenience to the event we participated in everyday, 2. The Mall attached will the supermarket, 3. The hot water, 4. The air conditioning

1. Coffee pot was broken, 2. The table service was not even enough for 2 people. Should have been 2 forks/2 spoons, 2. The bed was as hard as a rock, 3. The lobby Security staff would not let my daughter pick up a package from us. It was raining hard out. Shame on them!! 😡
