Location and accessibility of the place. Comfy room. Basic kitchen materials.

Host is really hard to contact. Unresponsive. No bidet. Kettle is not working.

Great location, very nice building with a mall downstairs as well as lots of street food and restaurants nearby. Also very convenient for the MRT. The apartment was small but perfect for my month long stay

The bathroom had some bugs around the washing machine area which is to be expected, otherwise very clean

I like it with Netflix and big space for 2 person and the layout of bathroom, bedroom kitchen, and living room. The place is secured and the reception smell so good. The place have a vibe of socials. The room has balcony and cabinet, with 1 table for dining and another table for bedroom, good for working people. It is near in Shangri-La Plaza, SM Megamall and Food Truck, greenfield park, all in walking distance.

The kitchen exhaust fan does not absorbed well the smell of cooked foods and the kettle is not working. I think they need to check it.

Accessibility of the place.

What we booked was tower 1 but the host told us we're staying in tower 3. They did not disclose this up until we were about to checkin which actually caused delay as we had to wait for them to send us the paperwork required in order to checkin. Also, when we asked the host about the Netflix account, they just told us that we can use it if it works but if not there's nothing they can do. Its like they did not even bother move a muscle whether their guest is okay with this (which we are not). Afterall, this was included on the list of the amenities. Did we have a great stay? Yes. Are we coming back? Probably not. You lost us at comminucation. While its free and cheap, I don't think you can ever covince me to deal with you again.
