Guest Suite in Porthleven With Private Garden

Absolutely beautiful, spotless little apartment with literally everything you could ever need! Joined to the main house but no noise complaints and lots of privacy because of the one way privacy film put over the windows. Had a few conversations with Jo prior and during our stay and she couldn't have been more accommodating or lovely! Very well equipped with everything including: first aid kit, games, books, extra blankets, anti slip shower mat and accessibility handle that you can add into the bathroom yourself, free wifi, every kitchen utensil you could ever need, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, iron/ironing board, private garden, towel for the dog, water and food bowls and treats for my dog, shortbread for us, lots of reading material for the area. I could go on! I only met Jo on pur trip however she was lovely. Can't fault this lovely little piece of what felt like home. Fantastic access to the harbour and surrounding areas too! Thank you so much!

We didn’t like it, we loved it! Incredibly well equipped, comfortable and beautifully decorated suite. Bonus having onsite parking and only a short walk into lovely Porthleven. And to top it all, Jo was the best host ever! Thank you for making us feel so welcome. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends when they visit the area ❤️

Everything was perfect

Great location, just a 5 minute walk from the center of the village. Super easy check in. Very comfortable little appartment. Well equipped. Jo was also super easy to interact with, very responsive and helpful.

Good to walk to the harbour and pubs. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice touch to be left a cream tea. Jo the host was lovely and very helpful when we arrived.

The boiler outside the bedroom window was very loud so had to close the window. A couple of mugs were dirty and cupboard front to china cupboard was dirty . Only 2 teaspoons Difficult to find property
