Features listed in the Advertising / Voucher were not met. They blame Booking.com for false advertising (That's rubbish. THEY changed things as we went along, their excuses were unbelievable) Free Airport Shuttle was NOT "free". Both ways were in fact by private UBER owners, and payment was sought from us. Zero Balcony Zero Garden View Zero Toiletries Zero Bathrobe Zero Slippers "Seating Area" One small sofa for 3 of us Zero Hairdryer No Fridge (Clamed that this is NOT included in this level of room, but after constant badgering, they brought us a bottle warmer ( not quite a "Refrigerator") which was acceptable for us. Zero Electric Kettle (Again we badgered them, and got one eventually) There was a stove, but -- Zero Kitchenware, Zero Pots / Pans Zero Glassware There was a continuous press for extra payment for the Refrigerator added and the other items added in the room. We refused to pay, and admit that with this attitude, we were NOT evicted. Everything was a "TRY-ON" On the night of our visit, the overnight temperature bottomed out at 1 Degree C/grade. and provision was only one blanket per bed with no reserve blankets provided. Grossly inadequate After begging, we DID eventually receive more - to a satisfactory level. The room itself was ok, but we spent a great deal of our holiday time (too much) trying to get things improved to the level as they had advertised. Certainly, they are untrustworthy.
