Blue Lantern Bed and Breakfast

The staff was nice, more especially Mzi❣️ such a beautiful person

Electricity kept going off and when we got there. The room we booked was not organised. 3 of us had to use one bed

Place not deserving to be part of hotels for stay consideration. I wasted my money as I had to look for alternative accommodation after seeing that it was day robbery

Place was accessible

The soaps were used, there was no charging facilities, the bedding was dirty, no fridge or place to at least as a communal support to place goods which needed the fridge in the heat, no aircon in the room

the bed was a little comfortable and the room was abit spacious but the bathroom is very poor

The bathroom was very very small and in poor state. No where to place the towel, soap, bathing sponge

Helpful accommodating staff

Allocated room was tiny, bed being just about wall to wall, no fan / aircon, unable to sleep with open window due to safety, no basics like towels, soap or even a kettle. Was moved to a bigger room with an aircon after complaining, was given towels and soap, still no kettle. Had to buy coffee at R25 each. Bed springs were coming through the mattress.

The stuff was amazing and made sure that everything we needed they provided. They went above and beyond for us, especially the gentleman (I didn't get his name). They both both were so polite and welcoming.

There was dust everywhere
