My stay at Lotus one was awesome. The staff was very cooperative and friendly and the location of the hotel is convenient.

I think the bed sheets and blankets should be given extra attention in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

"Nice comfortable hotel but be aware of staff."

The value of money is good. The hotel has a good family environment

Some of the Staff members are not very honest. Especially Mr. Ayaz at the reception. He borrowed some money from me on a 2 days promise and now it has been two weeks, and he has stopped responding. This shows that he has no intention of returning my money. The hotel owner needs to look into this matter as he might be scamming other guests and bringing a bad name to the hotel.
