The room size and beds were good.

Pathetic customer service. Traumatising experience. The check in time is 12pm. I informed them that I mught arrive earlier at 7am. I arrived there around 7am. They took my card and charged the amount. I requested them not to disturb me. Call or wake me up. I haven't slept for 24 hours straight. I woke up at 1pm because hotel extension in my room was continuously ringing. They called me at reception and told me that they can't let me stay at hotel after 12am if I do not pay them for another night. I said I have checked in at 7am. I will leave the hotel premises at 7am sharp if they have a problem with me staying at reception area for 2 to 3 extra hours because I had to join a group for northern areas at 11am next morning. They refused and started arguing. They switched off my room's ac and I had to call a frnd to pick me up at 12am and spend the night at her place.
