The Garden Room

The room was very clean & comfortable, bright & fresh.. And a nice breakfast.

No Wi-Fi, & the television was hopeless.

Excellent breakfast and a lovely rural location

I would prefer a bigger selection of drinks, herbal teas or hot chocolate and I prefer fresh milk not sachets. Everything else was very good.

The breakfast was very nice. The room was nice and warmed up very quickly.

Wi-Fi did not work

Only negative was the wifi but not necessarily a necessity.

The location is close to Street but has no parking. The host was very nice and responsive.

The room is extremely damp which you can smell as soon as you walk in and feel. There is close to zero phone signal and the WiFi only worked for us if you stood outside. Shower eventually warmed up a bit. If you are there for swimming you will need more than the bread basket breakfast.

The location is in the middle of no where which means it is SO QUIET. On a clear night the sky is so clear as there is no light pollution. The room (Garden Room) was perfect for our needs and we had such a great sleep. I can see it being very cosy on a cold morning. The breakfast was perfect with the right amount of food although if we wanted more all we had to do was ask. I would recommend staying here.

The Name Sign on the Gate needs replacing and the wifi needs a booster to reach the garden room at the end of the Barn conversion. The booster for us was to pick up calls via wifi as no cellular signal. Solar lights in the garden need to be a bit stronger as they did not light up the path enough for us but we had our phone torches. However, WE WOULD stay again.
