The owner was as helpful as he could be

On your site I clicked entire premises as we were taking our year 11 special needs children away as we do each year. I wanted an accommodation with no other guests that could be upset. This did not meet that criteria and there was another guest in situ which could have caused an issue

The host attitude was really good, welcoming and confident.

I like the fact that the hotel is not to far away from town.

The bin in my room was full of rubbish from whoever and whenever it was last in use. The room needs hovering, I am an asthmatic so I can pick up on these straight away. There was no blinds covering the window, so you have sun beaming through at early morning. That fridge will keep you up all night, and the walls very thin, you can other people very clearly.

The staff were friendly.. the room was decent size.. location wasn't to bad. Maybe a 25 minutes walk to the train station.

Gilles and his Mum were lovely and friendly. I had a lovely large room at the front which was nice and sunny. Very clean, small fridge in the room, small table and chairs,TV and a kettle. The big bonus was downstairs in the kitchen is a huge coffee machine which makes a delicious coffee. Easy to get into the city centre by bus no 50,51 or 104. I highly recommend St Lucia's I would stay here again for sure.
