Communication from the owner was excellent. Bed was very comfy and the room was great with plenty of storage . They accommodated our early arrival well too

The room was never cleaned. We have to use the same towels for 2days. Bathroom need to be cleaned by ourselves after each person has had a shower. The drain system wasn't flowing in the bathroom. Coffee machine dirty we couldn't have any hot drink drink in the morning.

Good location within walking distance of the City Centre or bus 50/51 every 15 minutes. The property is a private house where the owner and family live and rent out the other rooms. My room had a double bed, TV, kettle, Wi-Fi and central heating overlooking the back garden. The bed was comfortable and I slept well for the 8 nights I stayed. The shared bathroom and toilet was down the hallway. The owner was from France and very accommodating and he even said I could use his washing machine for laundry. All in all I was left to my own devices and I could come and go when I pleased which is how I like it. For the price I paid it was excellent value for money. The area was close to Narborough Road where there were many shops, minimarts, takeaways and restaurants.
