Clean, beariful aparment in the centre of Ortigia, i would definately go again. You feel like you are at home.

nothing only the staircase was little noisy

The flat is a basement with a mezzanine, so not much natural light, but works well for a couple of nights. It is very nicely furnished and decorated, so gives a very good impression when you arrive. Great location in Ortigia; on a small street, so generally quiet, even though the place wasn't exactly soundproofed. Kitchen very well equipped; washing machine and dryer a definite plus. Host also left a bottle of wine and water, which was appreciated. Internet worked well. Only about 10 minutes' walk from the market and nice restaurants and bar. We found some small places where we ate amazing food at very reasonable prices!

Nothing major, the flat was nice and good value for money. The stairs that took to the mezzanine didn't feel super stable, and there was a massive space where they met the landing (a child could fall through). Because it's a basement, the air doesn't always feel fresh, so we had to keep the bathroom window open to let some air in. The host only sent a text about rubbish collection on the last day, so we had no idea of what toput out and when (rubbish collection in sicily is fairly complicated if you're not used to it!).

Beautiful apartments in the very "heart" of the Ortigia district in Syracuse. Original, tastefully decorated with a full set of everything for a shower, with a fully equipped kitchen with various appliances, oil, salt, pepper and spices, capsules for a coffee machine and other pleasant tasty surprises, with a full refrigerator with quality drinks, juices, sets for making aperitifs and aperol, yogurts. On the day of our arrival, there was a welcome bottle of excellent wine with snacks and a full vase of fresh fruit on the table. Everything is very thought out with high-quality repairs, excellent sleeping places, a comfortable bed, good internet, stable internet. The area is quiet and safe. The entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, but this does not interfere. All the attractions are nearby, on the same street there are souvenir shops, benches, snack bars with high-quality and tasty Italian street food. There are many restaurants and cafes with a high rating in the area. The location allows you to walk around the area until late evening/night. There are problems with parking, but there are free parking spots. Be sure to follow the signs and markings to avoid a fine. We got the keys from the box without any problems according to the detailed instructions that the owner sent us on WhatsApp the day before our arrival. The hospitable owner was in touch all the time, there were no problems. The apartments are suitable for a comfortable stay for a family or a group of no more than 3 people. Our family has the best impressions of living here.

Tiziano is the perfect host , responsive , helpful and keen to ensure his guests' needs are met .This was our second stay in his apartment which has become our favourite place to stay in magical Ortiga . Loft del Teatro is perfectly located in a quiet yet interesting area of the island just minutes from the sea . It is tastefully furnished with a well equipped kitchen , comfortable bed and powerful shower . Everything we could possibly have needed for a 3 night stay ( including a kettle which is always a bonus ) Thank you for another fabulous stay Tiziano . We will definitely be back

Everything! The location. The beautiful decor. The space. The wonderful welcome gifts on arrival. Even the pillows are extraordinary comfortable. The owner has thought of everything and it shows. The attention to detail is immaculate. We loved it! We loved Ortigia.

Everything was perfect. My only tiny suggestion would be to have a switch for the beautiful lights running along the stairs.

The place is just what you expect and even a little more. Everything that you need is already there. From the basic toiletries etc to a whole big kitchen with all the essentials and even a fridge with milk eggs etc and cabinets with even tomato sauce, tuna and on the table a welcome wine 🍷 and fruits. Well totally worth it and totally recommended. Tiziano the host send us all the information we needed to have a good time in Ortigia and Syracuse and was keen to answer every question we had. Hope to come back sometime.

All of it, the loft, the attention of the host, the city. The loft is very well located and the amneties are above and beyond.

Lovely, very comfortable apartment with every need catered for in the best neighborhood in Ortigia. Very nice bars, shops, beaches and restaurants only a stones throw from apartment but the apartment itself is located on a quiet street which was ideal. Host was extremely communicative and helpful throughout stay.
