Condado Beach-Pool Front Jewel

There was no breakfast. The facilities were great. Location was great and the bed was super comfortable.

More towels.

The location was the only good thing there.

The room it self was decent but the property and the amenities ( gym, pool, gym, lobby, reception area, common areas) are in deplorable conditions. The pictures shown in booking do not reflect the actual condition of this property. I had a horrible time during my stay. The beach behind the property is not safe for swimming.

Plenty of decent Condado restaurants were within easy walking distance. Property was well maintained, and water pressure and hot water were fine (don't take this for granted!).

Getting the garage fob back into the room after checking out was a bit of a chore.

Very easy check in and thorough communication from the host. Being on the beach was very convenient and the most special part of the stay.

It was a little loud at night from facing the communal pool area and other people on the balcony. Overall great stay.
