Excellent service and accommodation

Located in the centre of the village near all the amenities.

Nothing was too much trouble for Alicia, the hostess. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. Heating was available for us to turn on, despite it being May. We dined in their restaurant, 1530. The food was exceptional, the service was excellent and the restaurant had a lovely feeling and was well decorated, having an air of spaciousness. We highly recommend this venue and hope to return in the near future.

Felt very private, good quality furnishings, great shower, comfy bed and bedding. The restaurant was excellent too.

Could have used a tea towel and a sharp kitchen knife ( there was only a bread knife). But I’m certain these would have been provided if we’d been bothered to ask, as the hosts were very responsive and friendly.

No internet, it said free wifi but there was no connection but wasn’t a problem everything else was lovely

The location was excellent and the acommodation first class. We meet friends in Castleton each year to start the festivities and we chose this venue because our usual hotel was fully booked. We'll definately be back...

Honestly, there was nothing we didnt like it was absolutely perfect.
