"Ubermachtungmöglichkeit mit familiärer Atmosphäre"

Sehr liebevoll hergerichtetes Zimmer und eine zuvorkommend Gastgeberin. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt als alles geklärt wurde desweiteren war die Abwicklung mit der Gastgeberin sehr unkompliziert. Die Atmosphäre im Miteinader war sehr familiär in der übernachtungmöglichkeit auch wurden bad und dusche miteinander geteilt.

Ich habe sie Nachricht erst um 20 Uhr zun check in erhalten somit gab es beim check in Schwierigkeiten. Deshalb habe ich mit Bargeld die Rechnung beglichen da booking das Hotel ein Tag später storniert hatte aber das soll die schöne Zeit nicht trüben die Aufregung war vorbei alles alles geklärt wurde.

"The whole experience was extremely unsettling and eerie!!!"

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! The host REFUSED to let guests into the property!!! Another family was waiting to be let in along with us. She locked herself inside and completely ignored us while we knocked repeatedly and rang the bell over and over again. You could hear footsteps and curtains moving for a peak, even the other guests saw it… When we called her daughter, she had NO IDEA what was going on and couldn’t explain why her mother was refusing to open the door or even answer her phone! We were left OUTSIDE IN THE COLD for nearly 2 HOURS until we had to escalate it through Booking.com!

The host did not open the door despite being there!

Camera grande in una villetta in zona residenziale molto silenziosa Letto comodo La proprietaria e’ gentile

Per andare in centro e’ meglio prendere il bus; si trova appena dopo un cancello sul marciapiede ( ho telefonato per chiarimenti). La street party a Capodanno non mi e’ piaciuta

There was heating and warm water

1. Very hard to find. The address in booking sends you down the road, it is not correct 2. The contact with the property owner is scarce. I called and messaged the owner about my issue finding the property and they replied 2h later 3. The bed sheets were not washed 4. They were very unfriendly when we arrived
