stayed here a second time and the staff are still exceptionally polite and helpful

The building is fine from outside and the staff are great

The pricing is too high for the standard, the room was too small, the toilet shower was bad and there was no space to plug devices

Staff were exceptionally accommodating, very friendly, very prompt, very attentive. Always happy to serve. Location was excellent, very easy to get an uber and close to town.

I had coaches in my room, which staff would occasionally spray insect spray to help manage it. (Apparently I’m the only one who’s had this issue. Which I don’t believe) My room was outdated. Shower kept cutting out at some point. Pictures of standard room posted online are not as in person. Though hotel is a 2* I do believe more can be done for comfort. My fridge did not work, only the freezer part worked so couldn’t store food properly. They charge 20GHS per item they iron (which doesn’t include a dry cleaning it) Dry cleaning + ironing at a professionals would be way less. Pricing for laundry and ironing need to be worked on.
