Nothing. It was a very disorganised experience.

Hotel did not have the requested room during check in. They claimed the reservation did not come through, which is strange. Waited for a long time for an alternative room to become available.

"A front desk staff called Solomon was so good, polite and helpful."

It needs to improve

Supply of Toilet paper. It got finished many times and when you call for it take hours before you get. Also it took me and my partner more than 4 hours to get towels when we requested for one.
