The property is right in the historical centre of Tivoli. Very well located and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. The landlord Alessandro was very kind and supportive. We highly recommend this property.

Clean and neat exactly as what picture shows. It was a fantastic stay. Above that, the owner was very nice he waited for welcoming me even if I was late to arrive because of the train. Thank you very much!

Nothing exceptional. However my partner claimed that the shower suddenly started to give only a cold water.

Quiet, very clean apartment. Alex our host was very helpful and friendly. He left us milk, water and some packaged breakfast items. Good location to explore Tivoli.

Unscented bedding and towels would be nice. Beware of drop off/step at end of bed.

We had a wonderful stay, the room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and Alex was an amazing, helpful, and very polite host! I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Tivoli!!!

The apartment was beautifully furnished with all things having been considered and provided. The owner even provided us with coffee, milk and bottled water. The owner could not have been more helpful from providing bus timetables to allow us to get to Villa Adriana to the address of the local medical service. I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wishing to spend a few days exploring what Tivoli has to offer.

Our host was incredible! Helped us find different places to eat and spend our time and was only a text away! His response time was exceptional. This unit is beautiful and located perfectly. It's quiet and just adorable! We would totally stay here again!

The ONLY thing that could be improved upon was the shower temperature. It was only hot for about 2 minutes and then turned quite cold. It's a small thing in comparison to the wonderful unit it was.
