Very easy, communicated very well with us.

The location is near sea front, you can see the sea from bedroom windows. Very close to restaurants and beach. Netflix etc available.

Very difficult to find the front door, we drove past a couple of times until a waitress from nearby Italian restaurant helped us find it. Shower was a major problem to get water temp correct, one of us gave up trying. Building has subsided, floors not level. The cleaner could be a little bit more thorough.

The funky decor. The central location. Sea view from bedroom. Welcome hamper, including food.. Little note and communication. I felt so at home here and had an incredible stay. I will absolutely stay again.

Right in the middle of everything beach shops takeaways pubs etc.The property was very cosy beautifully set out and is very homily loved our stay will go back.carpark just round the corner very safe just left car there the whole time food was a added bouns thank you so much 😀 hope to be back soon hope your mirror is ok 👍

If you want to visit the beaches at Seaham, this property is in exactly the right spot. The owners had put a tremendous amount of effort into making our stay comfortable. The owners provided a very good deal of breakfast options and an unexpected level of treats. TV and lounge was outstanding. Beds were extremely comfortable and the property had the feel of a real home.

Better communication of exact location. Some details left in property around shower function (particularly around temperature setting)
