A localização e a vista espetacular!

O apartamento era muito antiquado, precisa de ser modernizado, caso isso aconteça ficaria um apartamento excelente!

La vista directa al mar , a 20 metros de la bajada a la playa y la cercania con el puerto y el fonicular que te lleva al centro de la isla , dos baños completos , y muy bien equipado .

The view..proximity to beach ,Marina & Funicular.l was an enormous advantage... was my deciding factor when reading other reviews...the bright coloured tiles in the lounge area..the cute little yet packed breakfast box... the welcome plate of salami & drink...the ability to sit on the balcony... eat drink & watch the busy water activities below... & best of all...Nancy the extremely friendly & personable Owner. ...thankyou

Only little packets of shampoo... no hair conditioner.. no body moisturiser... 1 small bottle of Sparkling wine as a welcome drink when there were 2 of us.. I had to stand on a chair to pull the loungeroom curtains together at night as they were quite tight.on the curtain rod... a beach towel would have been a bonus...however...overall...fantastic & would definitely stay again...thankyou

The view is breathtaking! You can see the ocean from the balcony and the bed upstairs! It is well located, a few steps from the marina. There is also access to a public beach when you cross the street. Nunzia, the owner is absolutely welcoming and accommodating. She let us drop off our bags prior to the check in time, so that we could enjoy the island a little more because we had booked a boat tour.

Great location with fabulous views out to sea. Located 2 minutes walk from the marina/ferry terminal and funicular. The public beach below the apartment can be accessed via steps around 20m up the hill or near the bus stops. The beach is stoney, clean, and the beach bar good for snacks. This was a clean, comfortable property with one separate bedroom and a double/twin beds on a mezzanine overlooking the lounge. The lounge has a balcony to enjoy the sea views. Fantastic welcome from the host. She really wanted to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. Overall this is good value for money for a stay in Capri. We would stay here again.

We were asked to check out at 10am, rather than 12 indicated in the listing as the host had guests checking in at 12 the following day and needed to clean the property. Not a deal breaker for us, although we were hoping for a bit of a later start. I'd recommend the host consider making check-out earlier, or check-in later to allow enough time for cleaning.

The location is ideal for travellers arriving on foot from the ferry and within walking distance. The apartment is well located for access to boats, buses and the funicular. The road is busy through the day but quiet at night. The hostess was lovely and very generous with breakfast materials. Two bathrooms makes it very usable by 2 couples. The hostess was easy to contact and replied quickly to our questions.

The property would benefit from the addition of bath mats and hand towels. Some cupboards and drawers were tricky to open. We used the sofa bed on the mezzanine floor so we could leave the bed made up. The steps are a little tricky and there’s not much privacy for each couple. Some quirks to the electrical system but things worked.
