Hosts were very lovely, friendly and easy going. Location is great. The room was big, comfortable and clean. We liked the style and colours of the whole place. We also had great breakfast there.

No meals included, but the hotel had a restaurant on the ground floor that served delicious food all day. Breakfast was wonderful as was our steak dinner.

Absolutely amazing place! Matt and Ann are such fabulous hosts who honestly can’t do enough for you. The attention to detail that’s gone into making this such an outstanding place to stay doesn’t go unnoticed! Wish I could’ve scored more than a 10! Large spacious and immaculately clean rooms. Comfiest beds we’ve slept in and best shower we’ve had during out 3 weeks in Thailand. Matt’s cooking is top notch 👌 I could go on and on about how amazing this place is! We will most definately be back. Thanks for having us Matt and Ann 🤩

Great guest house! Decorated in a surfing style, there is a pool table and bar. Spacious, bright and incredibly clean rooms and smell clean. Large bed with a soft mattress, sofa, full table for four for eating and working. The room has everything, even a toaster and smart TV. Two cute dogs and a cat meet and see you off. There are many different establishments nearby, the beach is about 5 minutes away. The guest house is run by a family, really nice people. Matt and Ann, thanks for your hospitality! 🤘🏻

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at Skipper's Hotel. Many thanks to Matt and Ann for the great mood and service. Our son will always remember the dogs he was always happy to see. I also mention the incredibly delicious food that Matt cooks. We tried the traditional burger and pizza and were very satisfied. Thank you! We recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect!

I totally loved staying at Skippers! The owners of the place were the cutest and make the visit 10/10. The location is just a few hundred meters from the Karon beach, close to the restaurants and shops but still really quiet and calm area (this surprised me as everything is so close). Matt makes superb breakfast and I got the best oatmeal I’ve eaten for a while (and it felt like being at home after many weeks of thai food). Room was really clean and the bed was great. If you plan to visit Karon, this is your place to be!

Karon beach area is packed of tourists so be aware!
