We really liked our room, it’s big, clean and it has balcony. We had water, coffee etc if we needed something, staff always ready to help us ❤️

Convenient location, comfortable accommodation, valuable local knowledge if you take the time to chat with your hosts, homely atmosphere, you will not find better value for you money. Matt and Anne are the perfect hosts, I recommend this accommodation to all travellers. We were obviously there to experience the Thai food, so we did not take advantage of the western food Matt prepares in the hotel however I did get to sample it and it was amazing, something I will not be missing out on next time.

The property was amazing, rooms were spotless and huge, exactly like the photos! It was in an amazing location on a slightly quieter street but only a 2 min walk to the more lively part of Karon! They had great facilities like pool, bar, TV where Matt put the footy and UFC on for us! Matt was great, an absolute perfect host! He offered advice on best places to go and costings of certain things which was really helpful! It was perfect in every sense of the word, we will definitely be back in the future!

Very cozy, clean, spacious room, huge comfortable bed. Good hotel owner. Always in touch.

This is not a hotel problem. The building next door was undergoing renovations, so noise can be heard during the day, but this is temporary.

Just about perfect. Very nice, large and clean room; wifi was really good, even for working (which I did). Position is quiet enough but very near the beach. The owner and his family are a gem, and the house pug and cats are precious for a quick cuddle when coming back "home". I would stay again here, it's that good. Ah, the restaurant too. Try it.

I liked everything, convenient location, close to the sea, 100 meters away there is a street with cafes and massages... The guesthouse is located on a quiet street, large and clean room. Matt is very hospitable, friendly...
