Very easy

everything ! the location, the bed, the quality towels and linen .. even the salt and pepper grinders 🤣

it was wonderful , but we had freakish hot weather and actually it was too hot to sit out in the afternoon /evening on the terrace. however I completely understand that any structure for shade would be pretty risky for the other 51 weeks of the year 🤣

The location and size of the property are excellent. A really cosy little place that makes it feel like a very private hideaway. The view is heavenly and the village itself is just lovely with very friendly locals. we really enjoyed being able to walk to the Glenelg Inn for dinner, and also took a little trip to the Dun Brewing brewery site. Overall we could not fault our stay. Poppy and Ian were fab via message, and we had flawless stay. Our days consisted of waking up and having a coffee on the deck, taking in the landscape. Cooking ourselves breakfast then heading out on a walk to a nearby landmark (Dun brewing, Sandaig, the ferry terminal or the barracks) My partner also enjoyed doing a little sea fishing too! We then would have dinner at the inn (always tasty) then back to our little retreat for a bath to soak in the view! 10/10 I am sure we will be back soon!!

Perfect accommodation for our needs and great location. Beautiful views. Great value for money

Couldn't take my pets so although the accommodation was ideal and great location, I am unsure if I would book again. A real shame as I am a responsible pet owner and would be Coming to the area at least 3 times each year.

This is the most perfect little house in the most magical location. I have been lucky enough to travel all over the world but nothing has ever wowed me like this place - there is something quite magical about it and the sense of calm you feel just being there is wonderful. The property is just lovely, the perfect size and THE best views from all windows. Its like living in a picture. So cosy and charming in the living area but modern kitchen and bathroom (with the most amazing rain shower). The views, the two minute walk to the shore, the charm of the house and the lovely locals… The proximity to Skye and coral beaches… to forest walls and Loch side walks… I could go on and on. The views from the drive into the village is an experience in itself! Poppy and Iain are just the kindest most understanding hosts and I only wish we had been there for longer.

I can’t think of a single thing I didn’t like!
