The Green House

The Green House is exactly as described AND exactly what you get! A lovely 'little house' with everything you could possibly need and more! Excellent accommodation and so peaceful. You could easily hide away there and not see anyone but a leisurely walk down into the village, and you can visit the 'hub' of Glenelg - The Glenelg Inn! Great meals and a 'happy' atmosphere made particularly so by the locals. Also, within close proximity to 'a ferry crossing' over to the Isle of Skye for the day and back. Highly recommend this accommodation to any couple wanting some 'special' time away.

The Green Room is a perfect place for a get away. The journey there over the Bealach Ratagan is spectacular - amazing views! With great views over to Skye, The Green Room is the ideal location to explore the area or chill out (reading with a glass of wine and the log burner on - perfect!) ) It had everything we needed and we had a really great few days there (loved the crockery!) The Glenelg Inn does great food and is an easy five minute walk from the house - perfect! The village shop is well stocked too. We’d love to come back sometime - loved it!!

Loved the view, loved the quietness. Loved the layout of the house, just had one of the best weekends away. Absolutely well done on the cabin it was an amazing weekend away. We are already in the process to book again in the summer or tail end of the summer. Thanks.

Excellent location, facilities were clean and comfortable, was a great peaceful break away. The hosts even allowed us to check out late on departure.
