USThe location was good, very walkable to everything nearby. It's a quaint place to stay, with a cafe downstairs.
No window in my room, but for the price it was fine. Coffee isn't included in breakfast which is kind of unexpected. The doors to enter the rooms lock at the base of the door which is strange but manageable.

SGIt was such a bargain deal getting a room for 300k Dong where you can watch sunrise from one window and sunset from another 😬. Very kind and helpful staff and tamcoc boat ride point is nearby. Walk for 1 km towards bich dong pagoda and you will find a spot to watch a serene sunset. Plenty of marts, bars and restaurants within walking distance
