GBThe staff were amazing! So helpful with sorting everything out for us. They let us check in early and also kept our things safe the day after we checked out. The room was lovely nice big comfy bed and decent shower. The free breakfast was very good.
Drain was a bit smelly but hardly noticeable
NZThe staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our bags at the hotel all day after our check out while we waited for our sleeper bus. They even offered us some free fruit upon leaving. The hostel was clean, a great price, and in the best location.

GBThe staff are all so friendly. We extended our stay twice because of illness, they made sure we were okay and made us tea and ginger tea, which was so appreciated. The hotel is super clean, and has a very inviting restaurant area with ambient music. Beds and aircon in the room both get 5 stars. For such a cheap price, it is such an amazing hotel, with yummy breakfast included. Thank you so much to the smiley staff who made our trip so wonderful, we will reccommend to friends!

Sadly, the Wi-Fi did not work in our room at the moment, but you can use it everywhere else in the hostel, and I am sure they will fix it soon.

AUThe location is good, the bed was absolutely comfy. The staff is kind. The hotel and our room were super clean.
TV didn't work out, hot water in the shower not always working properly. The breakfast included is quite bad.
