Oak Ridge House

I liked that I had a bathroom of my own. Clean bed sheets and a blanket. Also had a huge closet.

I disliked that there was black mold in the bathroom and some in the bedroom. I bought this to Tutul attention, and he took it as dirt that is easytoclean. He showed me he didn't care for what I told him, and he also told me I could cancel my stay and go to a hotel if I wanted to. I was not paying for a hotel. It's not a good response. I never saw Tutul again. I cleaned the mold in both areas as I knew I couldn't cancel my stay and all was well after that. Floor was not cleaned, and I also took care of it myself. The worst part of my stay was it was cold in my room the last 3 nights, and I had no heat or extra blanket. Water pressure to shower was awful, very small steam of water flow. No where to put you personal clothes and items. (No dresser). This won't allow me to add pictures.

We loved everything about this place easy to get around the room was exceptional.quiet.privacy was respected we felt safe no problems with other guests it was an awesome stay and the price was excellent!! Tutul the host was awesome!

Booking .com double booked us for 1 night but was not a problem owner was understanding and said he would help with getting us credited for that 1 night other than that was an excellent experience and will book this property again when in Tampa!!

This location was perfect for me as I was in town to receive medical treatment nearby and visit friends east of Tampa. The owner / host, Tutul, was very friendly and accommodating, he made me feel part of his family. He explained the house rules very clearly. All guests staying here at this time were very nice! I will definitely stay here again if I can on future visits to the area. Easy access to food and shops.

The parking is a little tight, so just be patient and positive. I didn't have any problems with the parking.
