Oak Ridge House

Tutul is the best host you could ever find. The house is clean. It’s a perfect little spot. You do get to share the bathroom with people, but they are very nice. Considering the price it’s the best deal you could ever find in Tampa. My plane got delayed for a day so I have nowhere to go, but Tutul just gave the room to me at the minimum price for a night. it’s really awesome and it’s not too far away from all the beaches, truly the place you should consider. Trust me, I booked another $600 hotel in Tampa And it’s not worth it. Spent $200 here and book it for a week, use that money for beach and bikini. This is the type of hotel I would even recommend all my friends if they ever consider going to Tampa.

A little cold in the night. It would help if there is a thinker blanket.

There was a guest there smoking weed in the house, he always had his shirt off and harassed me my whole stay they need to do better with house rules and the house was just dirty especially the bathroom

Located not too far from city center. Friendly staff to help with check-in, decent sized room, functional bathroom

Cleanliness could have been better, though absolutely not terrible. A single relatively small towel was also not ideal.
