"Price ok but short on owner response and maintenance."

Good location.

7 Owner does not live here and is slow to respond to requests. Share house with 4 other rooms for renters. 7 Asked for extra towel but owner never responded 7 Owner said she would bring extra pillow but never showed up. I found a closet with extra pillows but no Pillowcase 5 Toilet flush handle broken 7 Two toilet paper dispensers falling off the wall 8 Toilet seat not attached

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I arrived and met the host EVERYTHING EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! Clean, very reasonable, very comfortable bed, safe location, terrific Wi-Fi, etc!

It truly was WONDERFUL!

"It's not a vacation rental. Its a 4 Bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen with 3 people unknown to me"

I searched for "vacation condo rental, Tampa" and this is not a condo and is meant for longer term stays.This place is a 4 Bedroom, shared bathroom and kitchen. I did not stay there because it was not what I searched for. I got there 3 days late and left 30 minutes after arrival. Fakir Tutu agreed to a $752 refund and Booking.com hasn't refunded it as of 4/11.

There was nothing to like

The room was the size of a closet, the closet doors fell off, the mattress was horrible. I tried to sleep o. the old couch in the living room. The owner gave us a refund, but shorted us by $ 20. Altogether a place to avoid No idea where it got its good rating
