I made a mistake, and forgot that I did not pre pay for the hotel thru Booking.com. That is entirely my fault, however, how they chose to handle the situation was a complete disaster. They demanded that I wire them money, to their BIDV account, mind you it was a holiday weekend, literally impossible to do so. There is no option to pay thru a link, or on a website. Every back alley bike rental I have used here has an option to pay by link on WhatsApp. I suggested booking a non refundable room and canceling, they said no, they can't do that. Then they decided they could, great, I booked a room, canceled, money left my account. They now refuse to send a receipt of payment, or answer my messages on Booking.com . I recognize that my mistake started this, but the way they chose to handle it, and their options for handling it, left much to be desired.
