Dirty walls. Room is bleak and run-down (photos look better than real life). Shower not enclosed. They charge you for the water in plastic bottles (but there's no sign saying so), the "complimentary" water are actually in their own refillable glass bottles.

AUMy room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom is recently redecorated to a good standard with plenty of hot water. There were shampoo, bath gel, dental kit, comb, shower cap, hand soap and cotton buds available. The included breakfast, served in a large, bright and clean dining room on the first floor, was delicious. There seemed to be only 2 choices, a beef noodle soup or fried eggs with a crunchy baguette. Both were tasty, and the coffee was good. There’s no menu so ask the helpful staff. The location is wonderful, close to town, but in the middle of a lovely town park.
This place is connected to a coffee company, so there was a large display on the bedside table to tempt sales. The free water was in the glass bottles. Everything else is for sale.
AUBreakfast was OK. Staff pleasant, but there were language difficulties but we overcome these. Hotel is comfortable.
Bathroom floor was very slippery. No shower curtain.

INAUWhat I like is a location that is close to everything ie foods and restaurants around.
The smokers should stay at a different room, there were a lot of black burnt spots on carpet floor .
