Luxe Studio Apartment in Leeds

Nothing at all.

The property was grossly misrepresented and failed to meet basic hygiene and safety standards. Issues encountered: Dirty, sticky carpets in the corridor (appeared unvacuumed for years). Located in a top flat of a student building, not as advertised. No toilet paper, dirty kitchen, stained bedsheets, and clothes under the bed. There is no network coverage and unresponsive property management despite repeated calls. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I stayed only one night and had to find alternative accommodation for the second night. I request a full refund for this booking and urge Booking.com to investigate and delist this property to protect future customers. Please avoid this apartment.

From meeting the lovely host for the keys was easy.made contact with the number provided and promptly came with keys . apartment was pleasant clean and everything needed there. Not noisy at all . lovely superb street with carparking easy but pay and display. We checked out but wanted to stay extra night but was booked . lovely restaurants on the road and Tesco and M&S local . would definitely be back asap and have booked for august.cant recommend this enough .I stayed with my music artist from Nigeria doing a UK tour jayboi official he was pleased and would return.id be definitely sharing our stay with people .thank you for the stay regards Natalie Ayeni & jayboi official

I couldn't fault anything

Despite confirming arrival time twice and being there on time, keyholder arrived 25 minutes late, blaming traffic, then seemed keen to rush off once I got in (he was however very polite and friendly). I was told they would be back the next morning to fix the kitchen tap (which they did but left the front door unlocked so my possessions were at risk while I was at work) I found the apartment very cold, the one wall heater was not working when I arrived, I played around with the controls but couldnt get it working so I had to sleep in all my clothes under one thin duvet with my coat over the top. - I tried calling the keyholder but just got a text to say they would fix it the next day. I also could not get the TV working (no instructions), there was no microwave and the kitchen was underprovisioned (not even a washing up brush or tea towel, no binliner in the bin, only 2 spoons, forks etc. One towel in the bathroom which was dirty. A lot of the surfaces were grimy too. All in all not a well maintained apartment. Added to this, I had a knock on the door on my 2nd evening from two young men who said they had come for a viewing. I explained I was renting it and they asked to see proof of my rental becuase (they said) it was not supposed to be rented. I've since had a followup email from the building management company to the same effect. I'd avoid this apartment to be honest

Dishonest advertisement Rude staff and no apology Claim parking outside but max stay 2 hours. When I questioned it I was told ‘well we’re not lying there’s technically parking.

No breakfast location not bad

I was told by the main person that the television was checked and worked before he gave me the room and told me there was a hdmi cable there he checked everything before he gave me keys. But this was all false because when I got into room no hdmi cable no television working and the bed was a single bed when on the site it said double the light bulbs were flickering just not a good experience and when I rang him he told me to go buy a hdmi cable when he knew I won’t get one when it was Christmas Day never again

5 minute walk from train station and in a good location with plenty of food stores around. Surprisingly quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The option to have cook your own food if needed.

Fold down bed is ok but no real head support. Entrance light wasn't working. Window blinds could be better.

The fact we somehow managed to get into the property and had somewhere to stay.

Do not book this property, unless you like stress of potentially not getting in. I don't even know where to start with this one. We arrived at 3pm to realise I'd not seen messages on the app re letting the owner know the arrival time. Tried calling the number that was going to voicemail. We went to sit round the corner for coffee, just sat down and ordered when I finally got in touch with the owner who was abrupt and rude (put phone down initially) called back and was short to say be there in 10 minutes as basically we can't be waiting around for you. Well I did wait around for around an hour, tried countless calls, voicemails and texts without an update. We finally asked someone else who lived in the apartment to get us the key as thankfully we'd been told where it was located. We arrived at an unlocked property and the lock was suspicious/ dodgy anyways. The toilet had not been flushed and there was old food in the fridge. Mostly the only positive is that the apartment was clean enough. However we did not feel safe or secure throughout this and we definitely will not book again or recommend as if someone wouldn't have let us in... I'm not sure we would have been let in!

I loved the location it was near the train station and shopping centre was not far. The apartment was clean also there was kitchen with oven and hob so can prepare your meals. Kettle and plates etc The price was great .The host was very polite and caring. And now I have discovered luxe studio apartment I look forward staying again.

I like everything about the apartment 😌 ☺️
