Very very nice people working there, they try to help you with anything you need.

The room was so big! Very very clean and the panoramic view was amazing. The hosts stayed up so late for us and were very friendly at all times. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, we also ordered more of some items and they kindly offered even more!

What a view! Myself and Isobel visited Al Namteh at a time when conflict was high across the border. Jordan was and still remains incredibly safe, however, a substantial amount of bookings had cancelled as a result. Despite the cancellations, Al Namteh Lodge opened just for us 2, it was absolutely incredible - I can’t think of a single instance where in that situation would be able to provide a like for like service in a regular high season vs the situation they were in at the time. We are so thankful for the wonderful time we had to the whole team, thank you for making it so special

Loved our stay here, the staff were great and so helpful, especially Tayseer. Large clean room, great breakfast and dinner and especially liked sitting chatting and having tea with everybody after dinner. Tayseer also sorted out a guide for us for Wadi Ghuweir for a very reasonable price. Location is a little way from the Dana reserve but we were just so glad we stayed here rather than in Dana village.

Our duvets didn't have covers when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted out. Also, the hot water was inadvertently switched off a couple of times but again was quickly rectified.

We had an amazing stay at Al Namteh Lodge! Great location, spacious and comfortable room, amazing dinner and breakfast; and the most friendly and helpful staff! This lodge is a 10/10 :)

the location is remote but that is also the beauty of the place. The room had a great view and was very spacious which we liked very much!

The breakfast is local which isn't a problem but missing a bit the alternatives.

Everything was great 🤩 A truly sensational experience start-to-end. Warm welcome, free upgrade to the amazing family suite, great facilities such as the pool, delicious dinner and amazing views 🥰 Moreover, we felt very safe. Lastly, it’s a great hub for day trips: Shobak castle, Dana biosphere, Kerak castle and even Petra are all within a one hour drive. Highly recommended for either couple, group of friends or families.
